What is a Dragon Boat Champion!
The Dutchess Dragon Boat Race & Festival is sponsored by Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County as a fund and awareness raising event for their mission of ending poverty housing and building strength, stability and self-reliance through homeownership in our community.
Dragon Boat Champions are people who support this mission and are willing to reach out to their friends, family and colleagues to ask for their support. It’s called a peer-to-peer campaign. One simple email to your contacts and post on your social media account can have a powerful effect!
