Competition Regulation – IDBF interpretation of article CR4.3 Club Crews

On the 3rd February, the IDBF Executive Committee approved the new interpretation of the Competition Regulation 4.3 as a guideline for club crews and national federations to follow leading into the next CCWC in Ravenna, Italy this year. The purpose of the interpretation is to reduce any grey areas and, if any specific situation is not covered, members can ask the IDBF Competition & Technical Commission. The intent is to help the integrity of our members and the spirit of the “club crews” championships.

“I’m very much satisfied with this unanimous decision – said IDBF President Claudio Schermi – to offer a concrete guideline for the common interpretation of CR4.3, Club Crews, in all the continents and in different circumstances. See you in Ravenna 2024!”

IDBF Competition Regulations & Rules of Racing – Edition 8, Issue 1 Effective from 1 January 202

The IDBF Competition Regulation & Rules of Racing, as now published in this Eighth Edition, Issue 1 have been revised and updated, following the 17th IDBF Members Congress on 26 August 2019. This edition is effective from 1 January 2020.

The amendments can be found in the appendix at the end of each document.
