The purpose of the interpretation is to reduce any grey areas and, if any specific situation is not covered, members can ask the <a href=\"mailto:chair-ctc@dragonboat.sport\">IDBF Competition &amp; Technical Commission<\/a>. The intent is to help the integrity of our members and the spirit of the \u201cclub crews\u201d championships.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very much satisfied with this unanimous decision &#8211; said IDBF President Claudio Schermi &#8211; to offer a concrete guideline for the common interpretation of CR4.3, Club Crews, in all the continents and in different circumstances.
